At Tipsy Elves, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Products must be in their original condition to ensure you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return to help us improve your future shopping experience.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
